Buyer input
The buyer defines the installed machine, assembly, operating crop, reference and acceptable replacement scope. Quantity, unit, destination and target arrival date belong in the same record. When a worn sample is the starting point, mark any uncertain dimensions so suppliers do not mistake estimates for approved drawings.
Independent coordination
Prairie Link Sourcing seeks factory responses, organizes open questions and compares stated offers against the brief. A product listing is an invitation to inquire, not a confirmation of stock, approval or an established supplier relationship. The manufacturing source must be identified in the actual quotation.
Manufacturer evidence
The factory should provide the exact quoted configuration, dimensions, material information, packing and commercial terms. Request documents for the relevant product and revision. A certificate for a different facility or product does not resolve the specification question in the current inquiry.
Buyer acceptance
The buyer or responsible technician approves compatibility and the acceptance plan before a bulk release. Inspection, sample testing, transport arrangements and after-sales responsibilities need written agreement. A lower initial price may still carry extra freight, rework or support costs.
