Prairie Link Sourcing / Enterprise inquiry
Use the form to request factory options for a harvest-parts order. A clear procurement brief lets us identify missing fit details, compare supplier scope and discuss the destination before a purchase decision.
The inquiry form is the published contact channel. Provide a work email and company name so the sourcing conversation can stay attached to the right buyer. No public street address, phone desk or social account is configured.
Give the US state or ZIP, receiving type and unloading constraints. Separate the date the part is needed at the machine from a factory dispatch date. Any delivery plan must be confirmed against the actual quotation.
Expect questions about the part reference, machine model, drawing, quantity and acceptance criteria. We coordinate the inquiry and supplier responses; the buyer approves compatibility and the supplier's final commercial terms.

Start with the product and intended crop. Add the assembly reference or drawing revision, quantity and unit. Describe the crop and throughput basis, working width or capacity, power and interface, grain moisture or handling target, wear parts and service documents.
For blades, record dimensions and mounting-hole spacing rather than relying on a photograph. For a header, list the receiving machine and connection requirements. Mark unknown dimensions openly; they need review before an alternative is accepted.
A target amount is optional. Identify currency and whether the amount applies per unit or to the whole order. Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly and undecided describe your purchasing priorities, not a verified supplier grade. Existing quotes are not required.
If drawings are needed, arrange their transfer during follow-up. This form has no upload capability. Availability, MOQ, samples, inspection, freight and seasonal timing are confirmed through the supplier response, with no promised response window.
